Perinatal Support
I offer several forms of one-on-one support for families navigating pregnancy, birth, and the early months of parenthood. These services include talk-based postpartum doula support, hands-on help with breastfeeding, and birth story sessions for processing difficult or overwhelming experiences.
Sessions take place virtually or in my studio in Delta, PA.

Breastfeeding Mentoring
Two forms of practical support for learning how breastfeeding works and troubleshooting common challenges.
-
For parents whose babies are already born and who need help with latch and positioning, painful feeds, supply concerns, or a baby who isn’t feeding well. During our session, we will:
talk through your feeding experience so far
observe a feeding in real time
troubleshoot what’s not working
create a practical plan you can implement right away
These sessions are in-person at my Delta, PA studio. In-home sessions may be available depending on schedules; an additional travel fee applies.
-
Some families simply need time to talk through feeding questions. Topics may include:
pumping schedules
returning to work
weaning
bottle introduction
general feeding questions
These sessions can happen prenatally or postpartum and are held virtually.
Session length: 90 minutes
Cost: $135 per session
Birth Story Sessions
For birth experiences that still feel heavy, confusing, or hard to carry – especially after a traumatic or overwhelming birth. These sessions create space to talk through what happened and make sense of the experience in your own words.
-
I call these “birth story sessions” for simplicity, but birth isn’t the only story. We can talk about pregnancy or infant loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, or difficult breastfeeding or postpartum experiences.
-
This work is open to anyone who experienced or witnessed the birth including mothers, partners, doulas, and medical professionals. It can be engaged immediately after a birth or loss or years later.
-
This work usually happens over two conversations.
Session 1 – Debrief
An open-format conversation where you tell the story of what happened in your own words and at your own pace. I listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and help you sort through everything so the parts that still feel charged can come into clearer focus.Session 2 – Integration
A structured process where I guide you to tell the story in a different way to change the meaning you carry about it. This helps the story settle into something that happened in the past, instead of something your body still feels stuck inside of.Debrief sessions may be booked as a single session within the first eight weeks after a birth or loss. After that point, sessions are offered as a two-session package booked a week or two apart.
Session length: 90 minutes
Cost: $135 per session
